You have **48 hours** from the time you receive your item to let me know if there are any problems with your purchase. That’s 2 days after receiving your item. After this period, I am unable to take any action.
If there’s an issue, please provide a **screenshot** of the damaged item. I can only address problems if your outfit does not look like it was shown or if the damage is due to my error.
Please note: **Exchanges are only allowed for legitimate reasons** such as product damage or misrepresentation. I cannot exchange an item simply because you’ve changed your mind or if your friend happens to have the same outfit.
For **local customers**, I always show the item to you before the sale. Once I get your confirmation that you are satisfied with the product, the sale is final. I’ll ensure you’re happy with your purchase, but I **cannot offer refunds** simply because you decide you don’t like it later.
